Language shouldn't be a barrier to logic. How Bagh-lang is creating a new generation of programmers in Bangladesh.
English is the de facto language of code. This excludes billions of people from the digital economy. Bagh-lang is our attempt to fix this for the Bengali-speaking world (260 million people).
Cognitive Load Theory
When a student learns to code in English, they are learning two things:
- Logic (Loops, Variables)
- English Syntax (Print, If/Else)

Scaling to Other Languages
The architecture of Bagh-lang, built by Shahriar Labs, is modular. We plan to adapt it for Hindi and Arabic.
